These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XKIT ("XKIT", "we", "us", or "our"), the team management and analytics platform for Counter-Strike teams (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
XKIT provides tools for Counter-Strike teams, including calendar scheduling, strategy planning, demo analysis, opponent research, and performance analytics. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You sign in to XKIT using your Steam account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam credentials and for all activity that occurs under your XKIT account. Access to a team's data is controlled by that team's roles and permissions, which team admins are responsible for managing.
Some features are available under paid plans described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Plans billed through a sales agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement. We may change our pricing or plans, with notice provided before changes affect your current billing period.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to XKIT, including demos, videos, strategies, and notes ("User Content"). You grant XKIT a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your team. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload your User Content.
You agree not to:
XKIT integrates with third-party services such as Steam and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by XKIT and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics or statistics generated by the Service will be fully accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XKIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in XKIT's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
